Prof. PRATAPSINH KAKASAHEB DESAI

President Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), New Delhi , Prof Pratapsinh Kakasaheb Desai completed his Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Master of Business Administration. He is pursuing PhD from Shivaji University. He is the son of Shri. Krantiveer Kakasaheb Desai the most sought freedom fighter.The Desai family rendered five freedom fighters to nation and he was raised with strong values and principles. .He has a prominent background of Social Reforms, Patriotism and Education.

Prof Pratapsinh Kakasaheb Desai is working on design and development of femur bone prosthesis research. He delivered key note addresses in India and abroad in conferences. Especially his deliberation on opulent Indian Education and its history is Highly Revered. He has Numerous National and International Research Papers to his credit.

Prof Pratapsinh Kakasaheb Desai has actively participated as member of  All India Federation for Polytechnic Teachers Association. During his tenure in various organizations he was Instrumental in advocating the issue of granting pay band-4 to all Engineering and Polytechnic Colleges. Currently he is working on salaries to be paid by State Government to self financed Engineering Institutes.  He is a member of various committees and task teams constituted by government of Maharashtra.

Prof Pratapsinh Kakasaheb Desai  attended and Participated as member of Indian delegation on  various International meets  such as World Engineering Education Forum (WEEF), International Federation of Engineering Education Societies (IFEES),Global Engineering Dean’s Council (GEDC) in Countries like US, Argentina, China, Japan, Dubai, Australia. He is associated with numerous technical Education associations.

Prof (Dr) Anoop Swarup

Chairman, Global Knowledge Alliance

Presidential Awardee of Republic of India in 2003, Dr Anoop Swarup has over 35 years of distinguished professional experience In diverse roles as life scientist, administrator, peace activist, futurist, social entrepreneur and educationist. He is recipient of United Nations Economic & Social Council for Asia Pacific, Hon’ble Mention in the year 2000 and Global Environment Outlook Reviewer with the IPCC, United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) that was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2007, Amrita Devi Vishnoi Medal in 2013 and Citation by the Zoological Society of India in 2014 for outstanding research & academic contribution in the field of Environmental Studies in 2014. Dr Anoop Swarup has worked, as Vice Chancellor of Shobhit University in 2008 and as the founding Vice Chancellor of Jagran Lakecity University in 2012. He has also worked in senior positions with the Government of India including Director and Commissioner from 1981 to 2007. Prof Swarup holds a Doctorate in Bioscience and three distinguished Masters in diverse fields and an MBA having secured first positions and University Gold Medals

Prof. Louie Divinagracia, M.Sc., DBA –
Prof. Louie A. Divinagracia is currently Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Dean of the Faculty of Business, Law, and Creative Industry, Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) Surabaya, Indonesia.  He is also the Head of the International Relations Office. He has over 30 years of academic, research, action research, and project management experience in Southeast Asian developing economies. He was Full Professor, Department Head, Director for Business Affairs and Special Assistant to the Chancellor (Los Banos campus); and Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration (Open University campus) at the University of the Philippines. He was also Director for Academic Programs and Research; and Head of the MBA and DBA Study Programs at the Graduate School of Business of De La Salle University. He mentored students from the U.S.A., Indonesia, China (including Taiwan), Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, Korea, and Sri Lanka; coordinated continuing education programs of professionals from Nepal and Bangladesh; and organized and managed study visits of undergraduate students from Australia, and graduate students from the U.S. He has written over a hundred technical papers presented in scientific meetings and conferences, and published a number of these in ISSI/refereed research journals and refereed indexed conference proceedings. Prof. (Dr.) George V. Antony

George V. Antony, Dean of FISAT Business School, Kochi, India is the recipient of the “Educationist of the year in Asia for revolutionary contribution in education award” (2016), “Innovative Academic Leader award” (2017) and “Indo-Nepal Harmony award for excellent vision and strategic direction award” (2017). Founder, Chairperson Intrepid Corporate Consultancy Ltd Mimi runs Intrepid Corporate Consultancy Limited which delivers multi-lingual (English-Chinese) geo-culturally focused corporate governance advice. In academe, she is a research associate at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London, and facilitates the Centre of East Asian Law.

Khadija Ali

Khadija has been an active leader and  entrepreneur in the language service industry for the past 13 years. Through her extensive experience as a health care interpreter and trainer, medical assistant and former owner of an interpretation and translation services business, Khadija has helped many communities overcome linguistic barriers throughout Minnesota. A family experience where the proper healthcare was not obtained due to a language barrier led her to this exciting and important field.

In Khadija’s last company as CEO and founder she established a first class reputation for herself and her company in the  field of language  services. Alioune GUEYE,

Prof. Alioune created in 1999 the AFRICA CHALLENGE Group, Africa who dares! in Casablanca, to offer African public and private enterprises and institutions a space to strengthen the capacities of managers and middle management, the private sector and the public, but also to share experiences.

The Group’s activities are structured around three business lines: capacity building, medical control of healthcare expenses, and publishing. Each year, the group organizes a forum of leaders, but also several inter-African forums in all management disciplines in Africa, Europe and Asia. The forum of the leaders is held at the Sorbonne. In 2009, in celebration of the fiftieth anniversary, the leadership forum was relocated to Kuala Lumpur. Since then, the Group has organized two study tours in South-East Asia annually for African government decision makers, in particular, in addition to more targeted support missions. In 2012, the Group launched an African Business Journal devoted to the African economy and business. Today this quarterly magazine, which gives pride of place to business cases and collects the reflections of the continent’s leaders, is sent directly to 3,500 executives.

Dr. Paul Phillips, MBA PhD, FCCA, DipM

Professor Paul Phillips has served as Director of Kent Business School and Deputy Director) and has held academic appointments at Cardiff Business School and University of Surrey. In 2001, he was appointed to the Charles Forte Chair of Hotel Management, which was created by a generous endowment from Forte plc in 1986 at the School of Management, University of Surrey, UK.

Paul’s early business career was working as a qualified accountant and a senior management consultant with Price Waterhouse. Professor Phillips holds an MBA and PhD (Strategic Planning) from Cardiff Business School, and is also a qualified marketer.

Paul has specialised international experience for private sector, Governments and Government Agencies. Specialists projects include organising and delivering specialist financial services short courses for international organisations, such as the China Development Bank; digital strategy advice to FTSE 250 companies and Ministry of Defence; e-procurement advice to the Chinese People’s Liberation Army; hospitals; police forces; knowledge intensive businesses.

Paul has served as Chair of the UK Association of Business Schools (ABS) Research Steering Committee, and Member of the ABS Executive Committee. He chaired the 2010 ABS Annual Research Conference and the 2010 ABS Annual Doctor of Business Administration Conference. Paul has served on the Institute of Business Ethics Advisory Council, Westminster Business School Advisory Board and Founder and inaugural Chair of the ABS International and External Relations sub committee.

Professor Phillips has completed the Experienced Deans’ and New Deans’ Seminar Series, Association to Advance Collegiate School of Business (AACSB), International. PRESIDENT, NIGERIAN INDONESIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY

in 2017, in partnership with the Indonesian Trade Promotion Council [ITPC], Lagos, he led a delegation of business men and politicians from Nigerian to Indonesia for a trade mission at the 32nd Trade Expo Indonesia. This trade mission witnessed the presence of the Vice-President of Nigeria, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo accompanied by several Ministers.

Following the success of the mission to Indonesia, Mr. Balogun was made the President of the Indonesian- Nigerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry through a joint agreement by the Indonesian Embassy of Nigeria, West Java Chamber of Commerce & Industry & Indonesian Chamber of Commerce & Industry(KADIN).

He led 30 Nigeria Business Men and Women to the 33rd Indonesia Trade Expo held in October 2018 in Jakarta

Prof. Ujjwal K Chowdhury 

A leading media academic, Prof. Chowdhury, Head Of School, School of Media at Pearl Academy, has spearheaded some of the finest media institutes in the country and taken them to newer heights.

Formerly the Director of Ramoji Krian Universe (RKU), strategically located within the Ramoji Film City (RFC) in Hyderabad, Prof. Chowdhury has also been a Dean at Symbiosis International University in Pune and Amity University in Mumbai. He also acted as the Dean of Whistling Woods International in Mumbai. Additionally, Prof. Chowdhury has been a Media Advisor with the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India and the World Health Organization (WHO), India. Prof. Chowdhury is widely believed to have introduced the concept of convergence in media education. He has also supported and mentored a number of amateur movies, some of which went on to bag awards at national and international film festivals.
